Visit any ANZ branch and pick up a copy of our Your Guide to Healthy Finances brochure. This will help you understand and manage your finances, with a budget worksheet to help you work out a monthly budget.

Family Budgeting Services can provide advice for you and your family. Once you've got over your immediate financial difficulties, you may want to stay in touch with your Family Budgeting adviser to keep yourself on track.

Sorted has some great online tools to help you plan your finances and achieve your financial goals. You can also pick up a copy of the booklet "Sorted - your guide to getting there" from any ANZ branch.
